One-of-a-Kind Pendant

One-of-a-Kind Pendant As I have said several times before, I try to post things that everyone can actually get their hands on, which is why there’s little to no DreamKitty on this site – their merchandise turns over too fast. But I had to feature this pretty pendant because I think it was made in a really interesting way. It’s porcelain, and it was first given a red glaze and then a white glaze and – poof! – you have an awesome magenta pendant. It’s $11 and does not come with a cord, but the Etsy seller has them for pretty cheap. If this pendant is gone by the time you click the link here, use the “contact” button under the seller’s name and ask her to make another one for you!

Pink Cupcake Necklace

Pink Cupcake Necklace I found this cute little confection on Etsy! It’s got giant fake pearls (I’m pretty sure oysters don’t crank out huge pink ones) and an adorable little cupcake charm. It’s $22 and the only change I would make would be to have the cupcake charm itself be a little bigger. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Bat Earrings

Pink Bat Earrings I’m not sure why you’d pay $15 (let alone the original price of $30) for these bat earrings but there they are! They are made of plastic. Thick, hard plastic. Good way to express your love of bats, or just your love of cheesy jewelry. Actually, now that I think about it, I know somebody who could wear these and make them look good.

Pink Leather Cuff

Pink Leather Cuff This cuff exists to be pink. That’s its sole reason for existence. Well, that and making your wrist look pretty. It’s made in Italy of regular leather, but it’s embossed with alligator skin print. (Looks like snakeskin to me, but I don’t know from alligators, I’m just repeating what the copy says.) It doesn’t really serve any practical purpose, there’s no watch on it, it’s just pink. But really, who needs anything more? Pink is pink! Costs $59 from Love and Pride.

L Word Watch

L Word Watch Apparently if you slap the name of a TV show on something, it becomes marketable! Those of us here on PinkBlog already found this watch attractive, though. The watch is by Love and Pride, a gay-friendly jewelry company that has an entire L Word Collection. The watch band has the Love and Pride logo embossed on it, and the face is mother of pearl. You can get it with or without little heart charms on it; personally I prefer the version without because I think the charms will flop around aimlessly. It’s a nice watch though, and very reasonably priced at $79 for each. (Also available in red, orange, and black.)

Smart Bracelet

This item is only pink under certain conditions, but it’s a very important item for you to have anyway. If you’re outside too long under harmful UV rays, the Melanoma Bracelet will turn from white to pink. It’s only $4.95, but shipping is $8.95, so you might want to order something additional. Personally I think they should offer a special shipping rate. They’re obviously making the bracelet available at an affordable rate because it’s an important item for people to have, so they really should make shipping affordable too.

Win This Pink Watch

Concord La Scala Watch The All I want for Christmas Giveaway is back at Overstock.com! The way it works is, you sign up, and then you pick an item worth up to $1000 that you would like to win. You do this by using the “e-mail to a friend” feature but you don’t have to bother friends with it – you e-mail THEM and it adds the item to your list. The contest runs for multiple days, but you can only pick one item per day. There is a cute video explaining how to use the system. It also works kind of like Blingo, in that you can invite 5 friends per day, and if you win, one of them wins too! They can even pick their own gift up to $1000 through the same registration method.

I was a little surprised that none of their Worldstock items even approach $1000 – I love that stuff! For today’s entry, I ended up picking this all-pink watch by Concord La Scala. It was $998.99 – I would NEVER EVER conceive of buying something like that, I can’t afford it, but hey, if I can win it, cool! I’m just not sure who to invite to participate!

Haurex Pink Watch

Haurex Teenager Watch in Pink Despite its silly name, the Haurex Teenager watch, in pink, is for anyone who wants their watch to have a pink plastic band, a mother of pearl dial, and Swarovski crystals around the face. It’s actually not too expensive, $115, which is about what I’d expect for something like this. (Then again, I’d also expect something like this to be at Claire’s for $13.99.) Anyway, it is a pretty glam watch. It also comes in white, for a dollar less…I have no idea why. The same site, Forzieri, has a number of other pink watches from Haurex. Some of my favorites are the $138 cocktail watch and the La Mostra which is $263.

Huge Pink Costume Jewelry

Pink Topaz and Diamond Ring If I got into the mood to buy a really expensive piece of costume jewelry, this would definitely be the one I would go for. With a 6.60 carat pink topaz in the center, 0.15 carats of diamonds on the outside, and 14-karat white gold for the ring, this is definitely a flashy ring that’s way more than most people need. And did I mention that it’s $350 at Ross-Simons? If you like this sort of thing but you want to keep your wallet sane and happy, may I suggest some of Shavonne.com’s pink tourmaline rings instead? They are just as flashy but they only cost $10-40.
