Noah Animal-Friendly Shoes
I’m not sure which is better about these shoes – the fact that they’re completely man-made, with no animal parts, or the fact that they’re on sale for $20! This is the Noah style available from Moo Shoes, which offers vegan shoes, bags, belts, and more. They have the first cruelty-free store in New York City, as well as a couple of other $20 pink shoes like the Natalie and the Dottie but the Noah was far and away my favorite.
Lilly Shoes
These adorable little sequined flats are only $11 at Buckle.com! Unfortunately they only come in a 6M from what I can tell. They also come in brown but the pink is just so much more fun.
The above shoes are made by a company called Yellow Box, which also makes these cute Bergen sandals that look like butterflies. By the way, even though Zappo’s has the Bergen sandals along with about 200 other Yellow Box styles, they don’t have the Lilly pictured above so if you want it, better grab it now from Buckle.com!
Fitzwell Meredith
I had to feature these because (1) I am a sucker for anything called Meredith, because that is my name, and (2) because they are shoes with built in gel pads. No more of this “gee Magellan, my eyes are wellin’” crap – the Fitzwell Meredith mules have the gel pads built in. The reason this is cool is because normally gel inserts are made for loafers and sometimes pumps – not usually for open-style shoes like sandals or mules. But these shoes have the gel provided right where it’s needed – under the ball of the foot, and at the heel. They come in six other colors, and the heel is two inches. You can pick them up at Zappo’s. There’s also a version of this style called the Tayla, which is basically the same thing but it’s a pump rather than a mule. (Oh, and I didn’t figure out until way late in the game that the brand name is supposed to say fits well. Ha!)
Vans Slip-ons
Welcome to the most expensive casual slip-ons you will ever buy. You can probably pick up this type of shoe at Wal-Mart for $15 – admittedly not in pink – but these Vans pink slip-ons are an astonishing $45! They come in other cute prints too – the pink options include pink flamingos on white, pink flamingos on black, and black bats on pink – but these are definitely the most awesome of the pink ones. If you do decide to spring for these, though, they’ll probably last you a lifetime unless you try to hurt them. Also, if you get them at the above Zappo’s link, you get free overnight shipping, and if you want to return them, they pay the return shipping too! I’ve never bought from Zappo’s but I have friends who have and they say it’s great.
An Awful Outfit
Okay, let’s put together a really bad outfit. I used to do this with the nice outfits that were in catalogs so I could see how much they really cost, but this is an all-pink version, so it’s guaranteed to be bad.

Hot Pink Rain Boots
I am torn between liking these rain boots and not liking them. For one thing, I do not like that ShopBop is charging $98 for them, I know fine wellingtons can be had for much less than that. And yet these have such a nice pink color, sturdy soles, and they come up very high on your calves. And yet I know I have seen adorable galoshes at Ricky’s in New York for much less! Diane’s Little Lambs has similar cute patterned rain boots if you want to check those out – they have many pink styles, including one that looks a lot like these but is only $40!
Chinese Laundry Shoes
I couldn’t decide which of these Chinese Laundry shoes I liked more, so I decided to bring them both to you! The glittery one is called Dagger and it looks like more of a clubbing pump to me. It’s got a 3.75″ heel, so it might be hard to dance in, but it would definitely look cool on your feet, or wherever you end up ditching it while dancing! Also, note that right now shipping is only $5 at the Chinese Laundry online shop!
This one is called Spicy and it comes in two shades of pink. This hot pink version is actually leather, and it also comes in patent in a pale pink. The pale pink is a cute babydoll shoe but I think the hot pink makes much more of an impact. Actually, this one comes in 22 colors (!) so you could wear this exact shoe every day and still have it coordinate perfectly with whatever you’re wearing.
Lady Luck Pumps
I found these cute pumps while browsing at PinUpGirlClothing.com. They are made of pink leather, and they have cute little illustrated details. The right one says “Lady” and the left one says “Luck” – hence the Lady Luck Pumps name, you know? Anyway, they are reasonably priced at $44, which is probably why the only ones they have are size 11! They’re not able to get anymore, so if you happen to have size 11 feet and you like these, go grab them now!
