HK Bling Charm

Hello Kitty Bling Charm I found this Hello Kitty Bling Charm in the Sanrio.co.jp store; I’m not sure what it’s really called because the title is only rendered as [harokiteisuwarohusukiroketsutochiyamu]. I can tell “Swarovski” is in there, and as you can see from the pictures it’s a completely blinged-out charm. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such truly complete paving before – they did an excellent job fitting the crystals together, and they placed them on matching painted backgrounds so it really looks outstanding. It’s tiny, less than two inches tall, so I’m not sure what you could even keep in it, but it does open up. It is nearly $400, so I doubt it’s likely you’d find a friend with one of these, and you can be the only one on your block with this trinket if you want to cough up the cash for it!

Sparkling Pink Necklace

Sparkling Pink Necklace Damn, I am blogging over here so much that I’m neglecting everything else! But I can’t help it, I’m having fun with the pink stuff. Anyway, this pink sapphire necklace struck me as cute. I like the teardrop shape and the little diamond accents. I’ve only featured pink sapphires on here once before, but it looks like they are the pink stone of choice if you’re going to go the expensive route. This necklace is listed as being $800 but is discounted to $400 on the site I’ve linked to…so I guess that’s a bargain? It’s a really adorable design, I just like this one.

An Awful Outfit

Okay, let’s put together a really bad outfit. I used to do this with the nice outfits that were in catalogs so I could see how much they really cost, but this is an all-pink version, so it’s guaranteed to be bad.

HK Bling Laptop

Hello Kitty Swarovski Laptop Oooooh, sparkly! Japanese company NEC has released a blinged-out Hello Kitty laptop with Swarovski crystals. (That link is through Google Translate, by the way, so it reads kind of funny but there are good pictures.) It’s actually got pretty decent specs, unlike the other Hello Kitty laptop I mentioned a month or so ago. This one has 1gb of RAM and a 100gb hard drive, and a nice big 15.4″ widescreen display. But you know…I’m just not sure I go for quite that much bling. It’s coming across as gaudy to me, I think, so I’ll save my $1,650 for another day. NEC has their own page about this laptop, by the way, but it doesn’t play friendly with Google Translate because it’s basically all one big graphic. If you read Japanese, though, go for it!

Miss Portable Gadget

Miss Portable Gadget I guess this was made because women need an easier way to organize their makeup gear, am I right, Avon? The Miss Portable Gadget pocket “knife” has cute features, but doesn’t seem very useful. The knife, scissors, and mirror are probably not too bad, but I have never had much luck with those nail files, those tweezers are utterly useless, and the makeup brush is too dinky to be used for anything. But hey, it has cute little rhinestones, so what more do you want for $10?

Chinese Laundry Shoes

Glitter Shoe I couldn’t decide which of these Chinese Laundry shoes I liked more, so I decided to bring them both to you! The glittery one is called Dagger and it looks like more of a clubbing pump to me. It’s got a 3.75″ heel, so it might be hard to dance in, but it would definitely look cool on your feet, or wherever you end up ditching it while dancing! Also, note that right now shipping is only $5 at the Chinese Laundry online shop!
Pink Pump This one is called Spicy and it comes in two shades of pink. This hot pink version is actually leather, and it also comes in patent in a pale pink. The pale pink is a cute babydoll shoe but I think the hot pink makes much more of an impact. Actually, this one comes in 22 colors (!) so you could wear this exact shoe every day and still have it coordinate perfectly with whatever you’re wearing.

Sparkly Rings

Adolfo Rings Ooooh, shiny! These fantastically expensive rings are totally glam. They are said to be stackable, but it looks like all four on one finger would be too big, and any less would look too shiny and eye-popping. I guess one shiny and one flat per be-ringed finger might go well together, what do you think? If you don’t want to pay $5,650 for the whole set, individual rings go for $1,050 to $1,950. I’m not sure why white gold, enamel, and a 0.11ct diamond would be quite that expensive, but I guess Adolfo (whoever that is) just commands that much.

Hello Kitty Pavé Ring

Hello Kitty Pavé Ring Leave it to Neiman Marcus to make a Hello Kitty item too expensive for me to ever afford! The Hello Kitty ring is $4,250 and contains one carat of stones. It’s mostly diamonds, and oddly enough the bow is made with pink sapphires. The nose is yellow citrine and the eyes are onyx. I really wish it came in white gold…not that I could afford that either, but I prefer jewelry with a silver-like tone.

It’s apparently sold out, though, because you can’t buy it on the Neiman Marcus website. They suggest a $1,300 necklace instead…what a bargain!
