Mary Kay Vehicles
I love sharing pink cars! I have seen TWO Mary Kay vehicles around town in the past two weeks. The first one was an SUV that drove down my street, turned around in the cul-de-sac, and left. As it approached, I wasn’t even sure it was pink, it was so pale…such a soft, soft pink! It certainly seemed pink but it was really hard to tell, very subtle. When it went back the other way, I saw the Mary Kay emblem – WOW! How many cosmetics do you have to sell to get the SUV? There’s also a very nice car, I saw one yesterday in downtown DC! By this point I could tell it was a Mary Kay car on site. The one or two other pink cars I’ve seen were a more obvious pink, but this strange pale pink is immediately recognizable as Mary Kay. Big Easy Lockout Tool
Bear with me on this one folks, I know the picture doesn’t look pink but trust me, the product is! Pharos GPS
I have absolutely no reason to endorse the Pharos GPS 150 for its direction-finding skills, its maps, or its understandability. I have heard that Garmin, Magellan, TomTom, and many other brands are excellent. However, I can tell you one thing about this GPS device: it’s pink. So if you’re looking to save about $70 over the pink nuvi by Garmin, check out the $99 Pharos. I make no promises that it will get you where you’re going…but it’s pink!
Barack in Pink!
In the interest of being super-contemporary, I am bringing you three selections of stickers for your favorite political candidates! Garmin Nuvi 200
Guess what, Britain? You get a pink product the United States doesn’t get! I’m talking about the Garmin Nuvi 200, a satellite navigation system for your car. I’m not sure how I feel about the product, though. For one thing, there aren’t a lot of pink cars out there, and there’s not a lot of pink car gadgets, so this Garmin is going to look a little funny on your dashboard until you get more pink stuff. But my main concern is this description straight off the Garmin website:

See, I don’t buy into the idea that liking pink means you are automatically a shallow shopaholic bimbo. Liking pink means one thing: you like pink. My family can tell you that I love pink, but this thing would be directing me to geocaches and the nearest computer store. Oh wait, that is shopping. Nevermind, the Garmin Nuvi 200 is great! Hopefully they’ll bring it to the New World soon…
