Bean Box Chair with Ottoman
When was the last time you sat in a bean bag chair? It was definitely a long time ago for me - I’m not sure I could manage to get up from one anymore, so it’s highly unlikely that I’d plunk myself down there in the first place. But kids and teens are probably more than happy to sit in a bundle of polystyrene beans, so beanbags are the ultimate furniture for a kid’s room or a dorm room. This particular bean bag chair might be slightly more comfortable than the amorphous kind - it’s apparently got its beans formed into loose cubes so as to retain a semblance of a chair shape. It also appears to be sized for kids - even though it can support up to 350 pounds, the seat height is only 16 inches off the ground and the whole thing is only 27 inches high. I also suspect the “whumph” factor of beanbag furniture is still there, so it may at least be fun to flop into - if not so easy to get out of.
