Affordable Pink Phone
I’ve never heard of Fly before, they’re apparently a mobile company making inroads in Asian and Eastern Europe. But they’ve recently released a budget cell phone to the UK market - the Fly SL500i for use on Virgin Mobile. Currently priced right around $100, the SL500i features a 1.3MP camera, a WAP browser, video capture and playback, Bluetooth compatibility, and so forth. Not a bad set of features for only $100 - I don’t think there are phones in the U.S. that you can get so cheaply that have all those features! And it’s only a little over three ounces, so it’s easily tucked into your purse for a night out. It’s tiny, but the screen slides up to reveal a keypad, so it should also be pretty easy to handle.
