Doro Cordless Phone
I really don’t like this phone. For one thing, I’m not even sure it’s pink, although the product page claims it is and multiple blogs posting about it have followed suit. But the “pink” Doro 525 cordless phone just looks purple to me. Gadget Candy was impressed with it - and I have to admit, the features are nice - but I just find it oogly. The most ridiculous part of the phone is “color therapist” Michelle O’Mahoney’s comments about it:
When pink has a violet tint it’s more uplifting and helps us to gain a feeling of completeness and fulfilment. So people can enhance their communications by taking advantage of the therapeutic qualities of pink.
Yeah. Whatever. It’s purple, lady. (PS: I do know about the Panasonic Color Phone, but it’s actually kind of attractive so it was more fun to pick on the Doro.)
You know you want to call this product the “Dorko”.
